With 14 years of in-field experience in both remodeling and new builds, their knowledge of the industry is unprecedented. They have a long time love of the finer details in custom cabinetry, and take great pride in the continued satisfaction of their customers.

Angie and Tony are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards, empowering their designers to ensure that every project reflects their passion for excellence and their clients’ unique visions. Crystal Ames
Lead Designer / Manager
Crystal has well over a decade of home design experience creating beautiful, functional spaces tailored to each client's lifestyle. She is passionate about transforming ideas into spaces that blend innovative design, practical solutions, and timeless style.
Throughout her career, Crystal has worked closely with homeowners to guide them through every step of the design process—from the initial consultation to the final details—ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Her attention to detail, creative vision, and commitment to exceptional customer service have helped countless clients bring their dream kitchens to life.

Debra Sweeney
Lead Designer
Debra has been a part of the Custom Kitchens team for over 20 years. She is kind and patient and has an amazing ability to create unusual and intricate designs. Her Interior Design Degree along with over 30 years of experience helps to ensure that every detail is thought out carefully and interpreted properly. Debra creates spectacular spaces that are stunning and timeless!
Merrilea Cherry
Junior Designer
Merrilea graduated from Otterbein University in December 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in business management and a minor in studio art. Her combination of business knowledge and creative perspective allows her to approach each project with both organization and thoughtful design. She works closely with homeowners throughout the design process, turning their ideas into personalized designs that reflect their style and needs.
As she continues to grow in her role, Merrilea is grateful to learn from the experienced designers at Custom Kitchens while building on the extensive training she has received. She is committed to giving every client her full attention, creativity, and dedication, ensuring each project is thoughtfully designed from concept to completion.
Shannon Broderick
Project Coordinator
